Short company description:

I facilitate for B2B sales teams and small companies. I currently have 5 clients. I continuously speak to team leads and sales managers about their challenges. Younger companies all the way up to large corporations need outside support.

What was your first job in Media?:

I don’t know if I remember that far back, but I’d say working as a contractor with website deign and branding. I have always been in technology related to marketing print, digital and even mailers.

What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?:

Personally I see everything going digital, but I’d like to see more print work. It’s a toss up with what this next Gen does.

List any trade organizations or groups that you belong to, if any:

I get involved with as many as possible but I refuse to pay as we can collaborate foresee so many places.

Why is it important for a business to hire an outside ad agency as opposed to having just an internal marketing director?:

There are so many different ways to do things and perception is the entire key. You need diversity in your messages. You constantly need to shop opinions and feedback. Never settle or get comfortable in your approach.

What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?:

Diversity, trial and error – research your opponents and really read things. Listen to the people, consumer and peers.
