What was your first job in Media?:

As an entrepreneur from an early age (teenager) I always implemented, created, and distributed my own media campaigns and solutions within my holdings and strategically implemented third party partners.

What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?:

The biggest challenge is maintaining reasonable costs associated with some call to action based around either brand or company awareness or sales. There are new mediums that have presented itself in web3, and it is adapt or die, but it’s also ensuring the work done is on brand.

Why is it important for a business to hire an outside ad agency as opposed to having just an internal marketing director?:

Having a different perspective is key to so many effective campaigns and having data across multiple campaigns to know what works and what doesn’t work.

What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?:

Don’t expect immediate results. Be in it for the long run and build your business one new customer at a time.
